Subscription & Billing
Q: Will I be charged immediately when I sign up for a subscription style box?
A: Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt immediately after signing up for a subscription style box.
Q: Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
A: Yes, if you need to we allow you to skip a month. If you are on the monthly subscription you can pause twice a year. If you need to pause/skip more often we recommend you update to our bi-monthly or quarterly subscriptions. You can pause/skip from the My Subscriptions section by clicking ‘Pause’ under NEED A BREAK?
Q: Are there options for bi-monthly or quarterly subscriptions?
A: Yes we offer monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly subscriptions. You can always update your subscription type from the ‘Your Subscription’ section.
Q: How do I cancel before the next billing cycle?
A: If you are not ready for your next style box, you can pause/skip your subscription to avoid being billed until you are ready. If you would prefer to cancel you can do so from ‘Your Subscription section’ by clicking on ‘Cancel Subscription’ beneath the BILLING DETAILS.

Q: What kind of items are included in each subscription style box?
A: You can choose what type of items will go into your style box (i.e. blouses, dresses, jeans, sweaters, pants, jewelry, etc.).
Q: Are the pieces customized to my style or size?
A: As a subscriber you fill out a style form that goes over your style, color, sizes, and other preferences. This helps the stylist personalize the items curated in the style box.
Q: Can I choose what goes into my subscription style box?
A: You can choose the type and quantity of the items in your style box. Your stylist will choose the specific items you receive in your style box based on your selections and your style quiz answers.
Q: Are the items new, thrifted, or a mix?
A: Our items are new. They come from overstock, returns, samples, or slight imperfections that we fixed (such as missing button or missed seam).
Q: What if I want more than the 5 items in my subscription style box?
A: You can add on items from ‘Your Subscription’ Section by clicking Add New under ADDONS. You can select the type of item you want to add along with the specific price for that additional item. You can also select as a one time or ongoing addition
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you do international shipping or just within the U.S.?
A: Currently we only ship to the continental U.S.
Q: How long does it take for the box to arrive?
A: Your first box will typically ship within a few days of your initial signup. The amount of time to receive once shipped will vary based on your location.
Q: When do your boxes ship each month?
A: Boxes will ship on or close to the date when you initially signed up each month. We will work to ensure there is a month between each shipment to provide an appropriate amount of spacing between each box.
Q: Is there a shipping fee?
A: Your style box is shipped for free when it is time for your next box.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if something doesn’t fit or suit my style?
A: We know that finding those perfect pieces can be a challenge so you can exchange up to two pieces per shipment and we will send you the alternates in your next box. You can also choose to pay a fee to have them delivered sooner.
Q: Can I return my clothes if they aren’t the right fit or style?
A: Though our subscription style box is a prepay for your clothes, we want to make it right. We allow for up to two pieces to be returned for exchange and included in your next style box for equally valued items. If you are unsure about the subscription style box, the try before you buy option might be the way to go.
